Pumpkin Butter

I'm not exactly sure how it is that I started calling Evan, "Pumpkin Butter" when he was very little. But that is my nickname for him. He is also Pumpkin Pie, and a bunch of other names too... So when I saw this on the shelf at Trader Joe's when we were passing through, I had to show him the jar of Pumpkin Butter and explain what it was. Of course he didn't even know there any other kind of Pumpkin Butter other than himself!
