New Year's Weekend in Seattle

Put Evan on the no. 5 bus in Seattle and he is a happy kid. He talks about it every time we go. Actually, we're pretty lucky that we can walk down Grandma's street and catch the bus to downtown Seattle. No traffic, no parking, and Evan's happy. It's a win win!
Ah...the flowers and fruits at Pike Place market. This place transports me. I love it.

And of course, we had to stop and visit the fish market. Nothing like watching them do their thing, toss fish, and have us cheer. This guy was nice enough to give Evan a crab to hold.

Oh...and then there are the entertainers on the street. This magician was quite good. He handed ME a card folded up and clipped with a paper clip. He asked me to hold it. Then Evan selected a card, wrote his name on it with a Sharpie marker, put it back in the deck....ah...now the man had to try and find it...nope, that's a Jack (not the 3 of hearts that Evan had). Put that Jack under Evan's shoe....the trick goes on. Where's the card that Evan wrote on...let's see what' in Mom's hand...

Yup, the card Evan wrote his name on! That's magic!
