Progress

It's been a weird couple of days with all of the issues in the neighborhood. Today, there was progress. This boy came in our yard a couple of times. I think he does it just to challenge me. Evan stood his ground and told him, "You're not supposed to be over here! Go home." And what do you know...the boy left. AND, his Mom yelled at him for being over here. He claimed that he forgot that he wasn't supposed to be in our yard. (Again, it is nothing to do about the yard, but our property...)

Later there was a few boy voices getting mouthy and Evan was standing his ground. Out from Evan's little fort comes his 4 year old little friend. She chimes in, "Don't talk that way to my friend ever again!" Good for you, you little thing! And they went away. Progress.
