Ah, lemonade...

They don't make lemonade stands like they used to. This has got to be the cutest set up I've ever seen. Evan's Grandpa Katz brought this cardboard stand with them when this visited last summer. In the box, with markers, it sat for many months. Then one day, Evan came in with it and said he wanted to have a lemonade stand. 5 days of coloring later, we were in business! (You can't see it here, but there is even a door on the left.)


Evan carefully serves up his friends before ringing them up on his talking cash register. What a kick this was! (Reminds me of my childhood and the "funny face" stands we used to have in our driveway in Fort Wayne, Indiana.)
